Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Charlie’s Catering. Once confirmed, no reductions in guest count (pax) or outright cancellations are permitted.

Cancellations
Should a cancellation be necessary, a minimum of 7 working days’ notice prior to the event date is required. A cancellation charge of 50% of the total order value will apply regardless of notice given, once the order has been confirmed.

Refunds
As catering orders involve advance procurement and preparation specific to each event, refunds are not provided once an order is confirmed, except where a cancellation charge of 50% applies under the terms above. Any eligible refund amount will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.

Menu Substitutions
Charlie’s Catering reserves the right to make necessary substitutions to menu items due to ingredient availability. Clients will be informed of any such changes in advance.
